Arrival and Dismissal 2021-2022 

FHM Arrival Dismissal Map

PRIMARY 8:15am - 3:20pm (Full Day) or 8:15am - 11:30am (Half Day)

Arrival:

Doors are open from 8:00 - 8:10 a.m.

Proceed to the Primary arrival door for your YOUNGEST Primary student and join the line for entry as follows:

Transparent Classroom

At the front of the line using
your own device, enter your “Distance Dropoff PIN” through Transparent Classroom, select your child’s icon, and select your name in the dropdown menu.  Answer the screening questions, if any, and sign in.  If you have multiple Primary students, repeat this process for each child.  Once signed in, students will be escorted to class by a staff member.

***If your Primary child receives CCAP funding, please also request the CCAP sign-in.

Departure from Half-Day Primary:

Pickup window from 11:30 - 11:40 a.m.

See procedure below.

Departure without Elementary or Middle School Siblings:

Pickup window from 3:10 - 3:15 p.m.

See procedure below.

Departure with Elementary or Middle School Siblings:

Pickup window from 3:15 - 3:25 p.m.

Page child: Bring your DriveLine placard!  Wait in the line appropriate to your Primary child’s classroom (see above).  Give the DriveLine number to the staff member at the door, this will page your child from their classroom to your location.  All students associated with your DriveLine number will be paged, including EL and MS siblings.  Primary students will be escorted to the front or middle school door by a staff member.

Sign out: Using your own device, enter your “Distance Dropoff PIN” through Transparent Classroom, select your child’s icon, and select your name in the dropdown menu.  Sign out.  If you have multiple Primary students, repeat this process for each child.  Once your child is paged and signed out, move to the waiting area to connect with your child.

ELEMENTARY 8:15am - 3:20pm

Arrival without Primary siblings:

Doors are open from 8:00 - 8:10 a.m.

Drop off your student in the UPPER parking lot via the carline. Students should exit the car at any point past the first sidewalk - do not wait to reach the front of the line! Students will enter through the elementary playground doors and walk independently to class. If walking or bicycling to school, students will walk on the sidewalk beside the carline and proceed as above.


Departure without Primary siblings:

Pickup window from 3:15 - 3:25 p.m.

Pick up your student in the UPPER parking lot via the carline.  Display your family’s DriveLine placard prominently in the window as you pass the staff member entering numbers.  This will page the student from their classroom to your location.  Proceed into the upper lot.  Your student will enter the car independently.  If you need to fasten your child’s seat belt, exit the carline first, then pull over to assist your child or use the walkup procedure below.


Arrival with Primary siblings:

Doors are open from 8:00 - 8:10 a.m.

Safely escort the Elementary student to the ramp or stairs up to the sidewalk beside the carline and proceed as above.


Departure with Primary siblings/walk-up:

Pickup window from 3:15 - 3:25 p.m.

Walk to the same door you dropped off your primary student. Bring your DriveLine placard!  Wait in the line appropriate to your Primary child’s classroom (see above), or the line at the front door, if no Primary sibling.  Give the DriveLine number to the staff member at the door, and your child will meet you outside the front doors.


MIDDLE SCHOOL 8:00am - 3:30pm

Arrival:

Doors open from 7:50 - 7:55 a.m.

Students will enter through the Middle School doors and walk independently to class.

Departure:

Pickup window from 3:30 - 3:40 p.m.

Middle School students are released through the doors they enter. Students will independently locate and depart with their parents or other pickups.  Middle School students do not require pickup approval at the end of the school day.

THERE IS NO SUPERVISION FOR STUDENTS PRIOR TO 8 AM OUTDOORS
